Bullying is a form of control and there aren’t a lot of people who have not experienced a bullying relationship, whether as the so-called bully or the one being bullied.
Tanya Curtis, Senior Behaviour Specialist and founding director of FABIC Behaviour Specialist Centre, explains that bullying is when a person sets out to get other people to change what they are doing or how they are doing it to change their (the bully’s) experience of life.
And thus, bullying delays the bully’s development in life as they refuse to take self-responsibility for their life lesson/s not yet mastered.
