When we feel settled and at ease, our body is free of anxiety. But as soon as this state is disturbed in the slightest, we have well and truly entered the realms of anxiety.
Tanya Curtis, Senior Behaviour Specialist and founding director of FABIC Behaviour Specialist Centre, explains that anxiety communicates how a person is experiencing life. And depending on what is going on, they may display signs of low-level anxiety or high-intensity anxiety.
Anxiety arises when a person perceives that they do not yet have the skills to deal with what is in front of them, with what life has offered them as their next life lesson. So how do we deal with anxiety?
