Nobody jumps from zero = no mastery – to – self-mastery in one huge leap and, as the saying goes, Rome wasn’t built in a day. And thus, here is a step-by-step approach to mastering any task big or small and our life lessons.

We all start at zero centimetres and getting to 30cm requires several steps, small or sizeable, tiny or big. It matters not because it is all about self-mastery and the consistency of applying ourselves to completing our tasks and learning new skills.

So from zero to 30 might mean a whole week, as in Monday to Sunday; a whole year as in 1 January to 31 December; starting and finishing homework or washing up, drying the dishes and putting them away.

The size of the steps and how many steps it takes to complete a task is never the emphasis here; every step taken is a confirmation for the willing student and builds a more solid way of living.
