Poster 08 – Consistency vs. Non-Consistency
$10.00 – $120.00
Consistency is an important building block for the foundations that support LASTING behaviour change. When we offer consistency, we do so every single time, without perfection but always being on the ball when it comes to interactions with other people and how we are generally in daily life.

Consistency leads to predictability, which allows other people to stay closer to code blue and does not trigger them into anxiety.
Consistency and steadiness build trust and when people have trust they are more willing to explore behaviour change with us.
Without consistency in our foundation we live non-consistency, are un-predictable and trigger dis-trust in other people. We also say no to our role as a forever teacher of life. And the outcome? People don’t feel safe to explore behaviour change with us and delay being a forever student of life.
