As is the case for all of us, life presents challenging situations.

In this chart our body is represented by the column in the middle, a vertical storage pot. In our body we tend to store, amongst many other things, our experiences of and reactions to life.

This chart is another example of an I Choose Chart demonstrating that, when life does occur, we have two choices: option 1 (release the experience from the body) and option 2 (store the experience in our body to be released at a later time, thus impacting our experience of life until then).

Option 2 choices are what we at Fabic call the concrete truck, where a person chooses their form of unique cement to bury how they feel and are experiencing their current life trigger, thus choosing to take the body closer to code red.

Option 1 choices offer a guide to releasing the hurt from the body, thus choosing to take the body closer to code blue.

The chart demonstrates that, as we accumulate life triggers and continue to bury them, our body increasingly gets closer and closer to a code red meltdown.

If we choose to address and arrest each situation as it occurs, then our body remains closer to code blue and clearer to address what is current in life.
